AURUM Presidential Residences
Expansive, exemplary and bathed in natural light, AURUM's eight Presidential Residences are beyond compare. Each residence will occupy its own floor and enjoy private lift access.
True opulence in this case is the view - and it is capitalised on at every opportunity, with extensive floor to ceiling glazing, vast open-plan living spaces and a complementary colour palette of soft neutral tones.
In addition to Armani Dada designer kitchens, each residence will boast imported appliances, dressing room fittings, sanitary ware and sound systems from famous international designers - a standard of finish that raises the bar in both a local and international context.
